Turnaround Time

Orders typically take 7-10 business days. If you need it sooner, rush service is available for an additional fee, depending on the order's complexity and urgency. We advise planning in advance as occasional delays may occur due to material shortages or production issues, though these are rare. Let us know if you need your order expedited!

Artwork Requirements

1. File Format: Use vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution raster files (PNG, TIFF, PSD) for scalability and detail preservation.

2. Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for sharp, clear prints without pixelation.

3. Color Mode: Design in CMYK to ensure accurate color reproduction with DTF inks.

4. Design Size: Create artwork at the actual print size to maintain quality and proportions.

5. Backgrounds: Use transparent backgrounds (PNG/TIFF) for fabric color visibility or solid backgrounds for vibrant, opaque designs.

6. Fine Details: Keep line thickness above 1 pt (0.35 mm) to ensure clarity during printing.

7. Bleed and Safe Zones: Add 3-5 mm bleed for full coverage and keep critical elements 5 mm from edges to avoid trimming issues.

8. Color Limitations: Use smooth gradients and convert spot colors to CMYK for accurate printing.

9. Text and Fonts: Use a minimum 8 pt font size and avoid thin or intricate fonts for readability.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a versatile and innovative method for transferring designs onto various fabrics and materials. To ensure the best results, it’s essential to prepare your artwork correctly. By following these guidelines, your artwork will be optimized for high-quality DTF printing

Key Features:

1. Unlimited Colors and Detail: - DTF printing allows for vibrant, full-color designs with intricate details, gradients, and photorealistic images. - Unlike traditional methods, it doesn’t require color separations or screens, making it ideal for complex designs.

2. No Setup Fees: - Unlike screen printing, which often involves high setup costs for each design, DTF printing eliminates these fees. - It’s perfect for small batches or one-off prints, as there’s no need for screens, plates, or minimum order quantities.

3. Versatility: - DTF works on a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and even dark or light-colored materials. - It’s also compatible with hard-to-print surfaces like bags, hats, and shoes.

4. Durability: - The prints are highly durable, resistant to cracking, fading, and washing, ensuring long-lasting designs.

5. Ease of Use: - The process involves printing the design onto a special film, applying adhesive powder, and then heat-pressing it onto the fabric. - It’s relatively simple compared to other methods, making it accessible for small businesses and hobbyists.

6. Cost-Effective for Small Runs: - DTF is ideal for custom orders, as it doesn’t require large quantities to be cost-effective. - This makes it a great option for personalized designs, small businesses, and on-demand printing.

How DTF Compares to Other Methods: - DTF vs. Screen Printing: - Screen printing is cost-effective for large orders but expensive for small runs due to setup costs. DTF, on the other hand, is affordable for any quantity.

DTF vs. DTG (Direct to Garment): - DTG is great for soft fabrics but struggles with dark colors and requires pretreatments. DTF works on almost any fabric and doesn’t require pretreatment.

DTF vs. Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV): - HTV is limited in color and detail, while DTF offers full-color designs with no restrictions or weeding necessary.
