Production Turnaround
Orders typically take 7-10 business days. If you need it sooner, a rush service is available for an additional fee, depending on the order's complexity and urgency.
We highly advise planning in advance as occasional delays may occur due to material shortages or production issues, though these are rare.
Artwork Requirement
1. File Format: - Use vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for scalability and crisp edges. High-res raster files (PNG, TIFF, PSD) are acceptable but must be 300 DPI to avoid pixelation.
2. Resolution: - Minimum 300 DPI for raster files to ensure sharp, clear prints.
3. Color Mode: - Use CMYK for full-color designs or Pantone (spot colors) for accurate color matching.
4. Design Size: - Create artwork at the actual print size to maintain quality and proportions.
5. Color Separation: - Separate each color into its own layer, as screen printing requires individual screens per color.
6. Fine Details: - Maintain a minimum line thickness of 1 pt (0.35 mm) to ensure clarity during printing.
7. Bleed and Safe Zones: - Add a 3-5 mm bleed for full coverage and keep critical elements 5 mm away from edges to avoid trimming issues.
8. Halftones and Gradients: - Use halftones to simulate gradients or shading with solid ink colors.
9. Text and Fonts: - Use a minimum font size of 8 pt and avoid overly thin or intricate fonts for readability. Following these guidelines ensures high-quality, professional screen printing results
